At CFR’s one and only Gymnastic Skill Seminar you will learn:

• Neurologic stabilization (“why do I shake on ring dips and HSPU?”),

Festivus Games

Crossfit Ruston is hosting the Festivus Games! 

The Festivus Games is a novice and intermediate level competition where scaling is not necessary! 

On April 18th, 2015 Novice and Intermediate athletes from across the country will compete, all on the same day, in this one-day event. Each host will award the top three finishers in each division for both male and female classes.
