At CFR’s one and only Gymnastic Skill Seminar you will learn: 
• Drillz and skillz that will THRILL you, scare haters, and make you the life of the party. 
• Midline stabilization, mobility specific to the gymnastics components
• Pressing/Pushing/balancing
• Pulling/Levers/Muscle ups

Also covering:
• Neurologic stabilization (“why do I shake on ring dips and HSPU?”), 
• Physiological strength (contractile force production) vs. efficient use of leverage and • Musculature to support the body. 
• Body control that translates directly to all other movement skills!

When: Saturday, October 11 from 9-11am

How much? $30 (+ Membership level discount)
