Michael Tullis is a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer. Michael has been in sports all of his life, and gained many achievements playing football in high school. He continues his love of sports by playing rugby at Louisiana Tech and doing CrossFit. His high school football coach introduced him to CrossFit after his senior year of high school in 2013. He fell in love with CrossFit as soon as he finished his first WOD! Today, Michael is pursuing a Bachelors degree in biology, and constantly looks for new ways to better the lives of the people he coaches.
